In this transparent and dynamic discussion, three leading voices in the yoga community will discuss their own personal experience with food and body image challenges and the pressures yoga teachers experience to conform to society's "yoga body" ideal. Moderated by Eat Breathe Thrive founder, Chelsea Roff, this panel discussion includes thoughts and insights from yoga professionals, Amy Ippoliti, Mary Claire Sweet and Mary Taylor.
