Pat cod filets dry with a paper towel and add to the bottom of a square baking dish. Seasoning with salt. 2️⃣ Evenly pour balsamic vinaigrette over the cod. Top with Rotel. Sprinkle shredded cheese all over. 3️⃣ Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
