The Poetry of Urban Waiting | Henry Sung | TEDxRotterdam

video thumbnail
Henry Sung likes to observe and experience the urban environment of Rotterdam in playful and poetic ways. This includes meditating on how concrete stubs on the side of pavements could look monumental for an ant-sized pedestrian, imagining the anxieties in swimming through a flooded city center, and other odd practices. He writes about his observations and experiences in a blog called Getting into Rotterdam. At Van Nelle Fabriek Rotterdam

Henry Sung is currently a Master student of Media, Culture & Society at Erasmus University Rotterdam. On his free time he is a (short-)film-maker, blogger and singer-songwriter.
