The Uvalde School Board voted unanimously on Wednesday to fire district police chief Pete Arredondo, who was in charge the day of the Robb Elementary School massacre. Arredondo was not in attendance at the hearing, but his lawyer sent out a 17-page letter defending his actions the day of the tragedy.
