The #MeToo movement is alive and well at the Berlin Film Festival, after the Golden Globes and the Baftas. In today’s Encore! show film, critic Emma Jones gives us the highlights of the festival so far. Among her favourites are "Daughter of Mine", "Eva", and "Utoya July 22". We also take a look at what’s coming out this week in France, including "I, Tonya", about the bitter rivalry between US figure skaters Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan.
