Eleanor’s talk is about the effects of plastic pollution on our oceans, and the steps we can take to break our cycle and solve this increasingly dangerous issue. Eleanor Elkus is a ninth-grade student at Mountain Brook Junior High and a member of the MBJH TED-Ed Club. Her interests include playing lacrosse, drawing, reading books, and spending time with her family and friends.
