National President of Azad Adhikar Sena, Amitabh Thakur has demanded an investigation from the Election Commission and the Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh into the matter of appointing a person named Neeraj Kumar as a consultant in the Cooperative Department of UP at Rs 3 lakh per month.

He said that in the internal letter of Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Federation Limited (PCF) dated 22 May 2024, there is talk of payment of Rs 3 lakh per month to Neeraj Kumar as a consultant for one year, which is in accordance with the order dated 29 March 2024. .

Amitabh Thakur said that according to the information received by him, Neeraj Kumar has been placed on this post as per verbal order and there is no written order in this regard. His order is completely vague and it is not even written which organization he is an advisor to. According to the information given, he is said to be a close relative of Cooperative Minister JPS Rathore.

Describing these as serious facts, he has demanded immediate investigation and legal action.
