Syracuse Architecture NYC visiting critic Craig Dykers is a founding partner of SNOHETTA, and has been involved in the design and construction of several major projects in the Middle East, Europe, and the US including the new library in Alexandria, Egypt, the new National Opera House in Oslo, Norway and most recently the National September 11 Memorial Museum Pavilion in NYC.
