How I got into Morgan Stanley!

According to me, there are 3 steps in this process, I'll explain it one by one:-

1. Search:- To get into a company, you should first know about its vacancies. So "Search" is an important initial step. You won't be able to find any opportunities if you start searching it at wrong places.

Now all of you know, LinkedIn is a great tool for searching vacancies, but no one tells you, practically HOW you can use this app to leverage on this.
Telegram and WhatsApp Groups are also a big help when it comes to posting vacancies.
Friends and Relatives are an integral part of this step.

2. Interview:- After finally applying and getting shortlisted, we have to prepare for Interviews. A tough job.
Apart from those Basic HR questions which creates an existential crisis .
You need to be thorough with your Articleship experience, because that's the only thing, Interviewer can use to test your actual work and needless to say, Do know about the company and Basic Knowledge about your job profile.

3. Selection:- No, not the selection by the company! (Because you cannot do anything in that.
But Selection of company by you! (In case you get more than 1 offer) Your first priority should be the exposure you will get in the Job Profile mentioned and ensure that you have a steep learning curve!.
