Best export settings for 1080p & 4K video - Adobe Premiere Pro CC tutorial |
|
This is my current workflow for exporting high quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro CC. I export using the H.264 codec, which should be suitable for most video end uses, especially uploading to YouTube and social media.

Note01: Premiere Pro has changed the layout structure of the Export window since I recorded this tutorial. But the process is the same (just the tickboxes are now in different places on screen!) Note02: If you have recorded the original raw video file at 4K 4:2:2 10-bit depth, you may want to export using the Apple Pro Res 422 codec to retain the original color depth quality (warning: creates absolutely mammoth file sizes). I mention this Frame.io blog post in the video regarding the "Maximum Render Depth" checkboxes: https://blog.frame.io/2021/06/07/premiere-pro-max-render-quality-max-bit-depth/ |
