But if we take away the very things that provide us with a sense of accomplishment and purpose in life, what is left for us humans? The more human-like machines take over our functions, the more we are left with a feeling of emptiness, says Kristof De Wulf. In his talk, he shares his thoughts on how we can overcome this feeling by going to the edges of our normal brain functioning.
