Chef Keller was the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star Michelin ratings. He is also the author of five cookbooks and the President of the Mentor BKB Foundation. We spoke with him about how he has been navigating through the relentless adversity in 2020 and the impact on his company. He also shared some insightful feedback on the importance of mentorship.
