Canada’s move to expel a top Indian diplomat after alleging New Delhi’s involvement in the killing of Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Nijjar has drawn sharp reactions. By naming the ousted Indian diplomat, a RAW officer, Canada has gone beyond India’s arch rivals Pakistan and China which avoided publicly identifying expelled Indian officials. Former RAW chief Vikram Sood said that Canadian PM Justin Trudeau is portraying India and Canada as enemies when it’s not the case.
