Warm up drill to strengthen the player's core and chest muscles in preparation for scrummaging.

Instructions:
#1. Set up with 2 players standing facing each other.
#2. Each player grabs the other by the opposite collar and places the other hand on the biceps.
#3. On the call of 'Go' each player tries and throws the other player to the ground
#4. Complete 3 sets of 30 second duration
