★I AM★ Affirmations for Health Wealth and Happiness

Welcome to dauchsy meditations. I AM. Why Are these two short, simple words the most powerful words in your life? Well first of all, Your subconscious mind is very influential on where your life is directed, and The words you speak to your self every moment of the day go straight to your subconscious mind. If you constantly speak negatively of yourself or of your life situation, your subconscious will direct you in finding more of this negativity in your life. Because what you speak, you will attract into your life. What you speak goes to the subconscious mind, and the subconscious mind will seek it out in your reality.
So yes we all know we need to be positive, have a positive mind set and all that, but why the specific words I AM? Why not I want, I need, etc. Well, the reason for this is because, going back to the subconscious, the subconscious mind does not think in terms of past present or future. If you affirm that you “want” something, then you get “the wanting”. What you want is always ahead of you and never in your present reality.
But, when you say I AM, you speak as if you already have it. When you say I AM, your subconscious mind will seek out ways to get more of what you are. This is why being grateful for what you have brings more of what you are grateful for, and speaking the words I AM attracts to you the simple words you speak.
So as you listen to these I AM affirmations, repeat them and do your best to feel the wonderful feelings of already having what you want. It may be difficult at first to feel and believe what you are speaking and this is ok. Just continue to speak these words. These words will soak into your subconscious and you will begin to feel it, believe it, and see it.
The more you listen and speak these words the better. You can listen in the morning, afternoon, or at night. You can repeat them or just listen to them in the background. Listen daily for at least 30 days to begin seeing miracles happen in your life. The following I am affirmations are for wealth health and happiness.
