In April 2012, Deutsche Bank held a one day Design Thinking Workshop at the University of Cologne. Sponsored by the Strategy & Business Management department of Global Credit Products (Deutsche Bank, Private & Busines Clients) around 20 students were asked to find innovative solutions for the future of credit business. Using Design Thinking and working directly with the target group of young consumers' the workshop provided first answers concerning social media strategies, mobile applications or other features to enhance the customer experience.
