A great Japanese classic🇯🇵 veggie style💚
🔸4 people ☑️ You need: -500 g closed tofu -Chick pea flour -Vegan mayonnaise -Tonkatsu sauce -8 slices of a beautiful organic sandwich bread -4 salad leaves -Wheat flour -Panko or breadcrumbs -Powder 4 spices -Sunflower or rapeseed oil -Salt and pepper Preliminary: Salt the Tofu and let stand for 15 minutes, squeeze it out and remove excess water with paper towels. In a bowl add 5 tablespoons of chickpea flour and 15 cl of water. Beat and season with 4 spice powder, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan or fryer. Dip the Tofu in the flour then in the chickpea preparation then in the panko. Fry until golden brown. Between two slices of bread put the mayonnaise and the tonkatsu sauce (or Barbecue sauce with soy sauce). Add the crispy tofu and the salad leaf. Enjoy! |
