Join our panel of experts as we will dive into how best to manage the frail, the vulnerable and physical health during ongoing periods of isolation.

We’ll discuss how to identify and manage patients at risk of frailty and/or sarcopenia, and examine the evidence around the impact of reduced activity, or intensity of activity, on vulnerable and at risk groups.

The panel will also explore how best to ensure patients exercise safely both during and after isolation, and the risks associated with injury during this time.

Featured panellists: Michael Inskip, ESSAM AEP, Associate lecturer / Clinical educator in Exercise physiology, College of Healthcare Sciences, JCU and Honorary Associate Lecturer, Discipline of Exercise and Sport Science, School of Health Sciences, University of Sydney.
