Approach in EAC's postal services must change for survival Itemere

For East Africa's postal sector to successfully surf above the technology storm, it has to employ information-based services, improve its service network as well as strengthen its legal and regulatory framework.

This is according to the Principal Secretary for Information and Broadcasting, Sammy Itemere, who called on the 5th Meeting of the East African Cooperation Technical Committee for postal Services to incorporate in these and other factors as they are meeting to prepare the EAC Postal Development Strategy.
