THE BEST HIGH PROTEIN 10 MINUTE PASTA (VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE)

You are going to love this 10 minute pasta dish! It's high in protein, packed with nutrition and seriously takes only 10 minutes. I've been making it most days of the week for a few weeks now so figured I had better show you how I make it!

RECIPE:
1 box of your favourite pulse pasta
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups mixed frozen veggies
1 cup cauliflower crumble or your favourite veggie crumble
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped

Creamy Garlic Tahini Dressing
2/3 cup of warm water
2/3 cup of tahini
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
1. bring a medium sized pot of water to a rolling boil, cook pasta as directed by instructions on the box.
2. chop garlic and add to a medium sized frying pan, cook on medium heat.
3. add frozen veggies, cauli crumble, chopped green pepper and green onion to the garlic and saute until everything is cooked through and tender.
4. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
5. Drain pasta when it is done cooking and add it to the frying pan with the veggies, mix well. Remove from heat and serve with the sauce!
