Who doesn’t love a good cheat-code? Laugh, cry, and even meditate your way through this inspiring talk by the co-founders of Blankets of Hope. Along their journey of directly impacting over 200,000 lives, the Brooklyn brothers believe they have discovered what they call the “Ultimate Cheat-Code” to live a meaningful & fulfilling life.

Shortly after quitting their 9-5 jobs in 2016, Nick & Mike Fio founded Blankets of Hope (BOH) with a mission to inspire a global movement of kindness, one blanket at a time. Their educational nonprofit teaches thousands of students empathy and kindness by empowering them to make an impact in their local communities. To date, BOH has donated over 100,000 blankets of hope to those in need with the assistance of schools across 44 states and 3 countries.

The brothers’ have been chosen as honorary speakers at President Clinton’s School of Public Service, co-hosted the first-ever GoFundMe Award show, and were featured in Forbes for their impact as social entrepreneurs. Mike & Nick Fiorito are brothers from Brooklyn and co-founders of Blankets of Hope, a 501(c)3 educational non-profit on a mission to inspire a global movement of kindness, one blanket at a time.

The brothers’ work as social entrepreneurs has been featured on major national TV networks including NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX. Mike and Nick were also chosen as honorary speakers at President Clinton’s School of Public Service and co-hosted the first-ever GoFundMe Live Awards. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
