Lucid dreaming is when you realize you're dreaming and can do whatever you want. This video will teach you one of the best techniques for beginners, which is called RAUSIS. You don’t need a dream journal, reality checks or any training to use this - if you are a complete beginner, you can follow these steps and fall asleep with an extremely good chance of lucid dreaming tonight.

All you need to use the RAUSIS technique is your phone and an alarm clock. Once set up, it takes less than 3 minutes to do, and you can use it to lucid dream every night if you want.
