Velaikkaran is an Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by Mohan Raja. Featuring an ensemble cast including Sivakarthikeyan, Fahadh Faasil (in his Tamil debut), Nayanthara, Prakash Raj and Sathish. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichanderand cinematography by Ramji. Produced by R. D. Raja , the film deals with how a young man from the slums fights against food adulteration.
