After taking it for around 100 times, having experimented with it and other psychedelics like mushrooms, bufo alvarius (5-meo-Dmt), Yopo (N-N-Dmt + 5-meo-dmt), kambò, Iboga and other medicines for 3 years I gathered questions on my experience and answered them all in this video.

It's a recording from a live i made on Facebook, I start from the basics on what Ayahuasca is, how to have the best experience, how to choose a facilitator, the difference between a shaman and a facilitator, how to prepare for a ceremony or a session, to the deep spiritual awakenings I had, sometimes back to back for multiple days in a row.

I lived in a house in italy where Inner Mastery organized retreats with ayahuasca for 6 months and i still collaborate with them sometimes.

I gathered a lot of experience with psychedelics and I practice meditation, shadow work, Dream work, Tantra and yoga regularly to raise my level of consciousness and get more in touch with what i truly am.

I saw many videos by youtubers who give advices with very little experience and they can be misleading to those who have never taken psychedelics before. Moreover, I don't see many discussing the advanced used of psychedelics to achieve enlightenment, to heal out body, mind and soul, to improve our relationships.

So I decided to share a good chunk of what i know here, hoping that it wiill serve you best and help you make well-informed decision on where to take your spiritual journey.
