Southeast Asia's climate fight is at an inflection point. Governments and businesses have taken huge strides to transition into a greener future, but the region still has a long way to go. That's according to the latest report card assessing the region's move from climate promises to action that would help limit global warming to 1.5°C by 2030. Eight out of 10 countries in Southeast Asia now have net-zero targets, up from just two a year ago. Half of some $15 billion in green investment into the region since 2020 came in the last three quarters.
