Bite into this satisfying, crispy and oozing grilled cheese sandwich, packed with protein and flavour! Ingredients 1 pack natural tempayy cubes (200g) 1/2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp coriander powder salt to taste shredded vegan cheese of your choice 2 slices sourdough bread vegan butter Method: 1. Add oil in a pan on medium heat and add the cubed tempayy and pan fry until golden brown on all sides 2. Add soy sauce, sugar, coriander and paprika 3. Cook until sauce has thickened, taste for seasoning and adjust 4. Mix the sauce ingredients - layer the sandwich with bread, sauce, tempayy, cheese and another slice of bread 5. Spread vegan butter on both sides and toast until golden brown and cheese has melted. 6. Enjoy! What is Tempayy?
