OPEN ME: DETOX (METHODS OF TREATMENT SERIES)

Thank you for watching. Sorry for my annoying voice. I was overly congested with allergies lol. Detox can be very different for every single person! The best thing I can recommend is going to a medical detox if at all possible and if not, make sure someone you know and is trustworthy knows that you plan to go off of drugs so they can check on you periodically. Building a support group and therapy are always really great things to do. Do what works for you in that realm. If you are on benzodiazepines or alcohol please try your local emergency room before you attempt to detox at your home alone. Also, if you are pregnant or think you might be please consult your PCP and if you don’t have one, please go to a local emergency room.
