Sqn. Ldr. Delshad Master, a true ”Queer Sensitisation Catalyst” believes not all of us are not the same, but we are all equal. She believes in equity and inclusion for all sections of society, including the Queer community. Since Master has worked closely with her Queer compatriots, read about them and written about them, she now seeks to alter the prevailing mindset and foster inclusivity. Delshad Master works with corporations to make them truly diverse and inclusive workplaces with equality at their core. This results in better work culture (higher morale, work satisfaction, lower attrition) and an improved bottom line. She is also the Upcoming Author of 'Help!
