Witness the Cayenne S E-Hybrid and Turbo E-Hybrid, new for 2024 and joining the already established — and now base model — 464-hp E-Hybrid. But while greater fuel efficiency might be one of the reasons Porsche has expanded the range, with that same name comes the expectation there will be a substantial measure of performance from these new sport-utes, hybrid powertrain or not.

Porsche is placing even greater focus on E-Performance with the revised 2024 Cayenne. The two new powertrain variants, making for a total of five different versions, comprise the Cayenne S E-Hybrid (extra strength) and the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid (mega dose), each available as an SUV and Coupe. While each of these models has a slightly different focus, they all have three things in common, says Porsche — performance, efficiency and everyday usability.
