He is presently executing as Principal, at SWVSM’s Tatyasaheb Kore College of Pharmacy. Working on various academic and professional bodies including IPA and CRS-IC. He has authored international and national books and book chapters and research papers in reputed journals with h-index: 19 and i10:34. 2 registered Lactobacilli strains, deposited in NCMR, Pune goes to his credit. He has guided & guiding good number of research scholars for their PhD and PG research. He has fetched the grant of Rs. 2.5 Crores for research, higher education and schools. His social contributions includes - setting and running Warana Science & Innovation Activity Centre to develop science quest in young rural minds; awareness speeches in Marathi ‘Medicines and We’, ‘Microorganisms and our life’, ‘COVID-19 and medication’, ‘Role of Pharmacist in Healthcare’ ‘New Education Policy 2020’ broadcasted on All India Radio; articles in Marathi published in news papers that addresses multidisciplinary social issues.
