This New SUV Is Improved BUT Much Pricier (Nissan Qashqai 2023 Review) |
|
Detailed review of the 2023 Nissan Qashqai Ti model with the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine in magnetic blue/black two-tone.
The Nissan Qashqai small SUV has been refreshed for a new J12 generation in Australia, with a new platform and a new turbocharged 1.3-litre engine under the bonnet with 110kW (147 hp) and 250Nm (184 lb ft). There’s a CVT automatic as the only transmission. On test is the $47K Qashqai Ti (about $52,000 driveaway in Australia). The new Qashqai competes with the Toyota Corolla Cross, Mazda CX-30, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen T-Roc, Skoda Karoq, Hyundai Kona and many other small SUVs. A Qashqai hybrid model is coming soon.
