Dr Mark Phillips exchanges some ideas of distance judgement and footwork with the current English Heavyweight Boxing Champion John McDermott. Here's the out take of some footage from the soon to be released Wing Chun DVD. This DVD will teach how to use the traditional concepts of Wing Chun in a fluid and nature manner against a mobile boxing partner.
