The Supreme Court refused to entertain the bail plea of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, saying that he had not disclosed the fact that a trial court had already taken cognisance of a complaint by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). After that kapil sibal withdrew the bail plea of Soren.
