According to one of our trusted and proven insider sources, Demon Slayer is being eyed for a live-action movie adaptation and the project is in development. Honestly, considering the gargantuan success of the franchise, this is not the most surprising news to hear. Producers are always looking to exploit the newest big craze and it looks like Demon Slayer is the next thing on the menu. What will be interesting is how this project will develop.
The Movie Will Be a Hollywood movie. That means big budget, big studio, big actors. And if everything goes smoothly than huge success too. But it’s all depends on how the makers will makes it. We saw many live-action adaptation but they all were massive fail in the name live action remakes of famous anime series.
And if the sources are correct, we will likely to see Demon Slayer movie for sure. We don’t know what the story will be or the cast. But I will give one advise to the studio and makers that please don’t mess with the story and characters. Because of the story and the characters these amines are actually this much great. And if you are thinking by changing that, you will get something than you are at the wrong side.
Anyways, the anime is in pre-production right now. So, we won’t be able to see this movie or any teaser trailer till late 2023.
