Erickson is skilled in building effective teams. With a masters in Social Entrepreneurship, he applies his experience in multicultural business environments to foster the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Angola. The need for change has made him one the most innovative start-uppers of his generation, by creating opportunities for youngs get the first job, He founded TUPUCA, Angola’s first on-demand delivery platform that allows users to order from multiple vendors. In 2015, he collaborated with IDEO an organisation based in San Francisco, California, with the aim to improve the lives of people in poor and vulnerable communities, practising human-centred design, a creative approach to problem-solving that starts with people and arrives at new solutions tailored to meet their lives.
