Dumbbell Bicep Curls | 12 reps 27:06 b. Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions | 12 reps 28:35 c. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Repeat a-c for a total of 4x. 5-minute cool-down on the Treadmill.
