✔ A bigger “saddle”: Ladies, you know the struggle. After 2-3 spin classes things start to get sore. I opted to grab this larger universal saddle and install it instead of the seat the bike came with. 10/10 worth it. https://rstyle.me/+rnpyI_kb3bL9U-_oAlCyiQ

✔ A rechargeable fan: I love that this clips right onto the bike and has a bunch of speed levels. If I were to do this over, I think I would’ve preferred a battery powered fan though because I sometimes forget to charge this one! https://rstyle.me/+9trNSK_C1JTmgr12lMZeCw

✔ An iPad mount: For the times when I don’t stream classes to my TV, I love having this iPad mount right on my bike to view the classes. It’s also a great monitor to track how much time is left in each section of the ride. https://rstyle.me/+iYHjN9Sww6eU_uRTpEDn1Q

✔ Heart rate monitor: I loveeeeeeeeeeee this thing. Yes, it’s pricey, but it has more than paid for itself. Before every class, I throw on the chest strap and wrap the watch around the handlebars to track my progress. ✔ Wahoo Cadence (Suggested): The one downside to a DIY bike vs. Peloton is the inability to monitor your cadence. Many instructors give you a range of where they would like you to be, and this feature is included in the fancy bikes. BUT not to worry, Amazon hack to the rescue. Just pop this cadence sensor onto your bike and you can pedal right along with them.
