Pancit Palabok is a traditional Filipino rice noodle dish topped with thick shrimp-based orange sauce, boiled eggs, tinapa flakes, crushed chicharon, toasted garlic, spring onions and serve with calamansi. INGREDIENTS
1 kilo rice noodles (bihon)
4 packs Mama Sita's Palabok Mix
½ kilo ground pork
10 cups pork stock or water
1 cup annato water (atsuete)
3 pcs firm tofu
1 red onion
6 cloves garlic
½ tbsp tinapa flakes
1 tbsp crushed chicharon
pork cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
5 boiled eggs, cut lengthwise
tinapa flakes
crushed chicharon
toasted garlic
spring onions
calamansi
