➡️INGREDIENTS FOR PANCIT PALABOK

454g Palabok Noodles
1 head/bulb Garlic, minced
1 pc Onion, minced
250g or more Shrimp, peeled
300g or more Squid, ring sliced
1 block firmed Tofu, fried and cubed
5 pcs of Tinapa (Smoked fish) flaked
4 pcs of Eggs, crushed or sliced
1 cup Scallions, sliced for garnish
1/2 cup Annatto liquid, for coloring
1 Shrimp broth cube
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 medium pack Chicharon(Pork Cracklings),
crushed for garnish
1 tsp ground black peper

➡️FOR THE PALABOK SAUCE

2 packs 57g Mama Sita's Palabok Mix
6 cups of water/unsalted broth
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
( You can follow the packaging directions in cooking Palabok Sauce) adjust according to your taste.
