The talk is from an entrepreneur about forgoing her comfortable living to work on entrepreneurial and challenging projects. She has spoken about her experiences in this challenging journey, what inspires her to come out of her comfort zone and what propels her consistently into the execution of their idea. Such role models set a stage for more revolutionary and progressive thinking amongst youngsters. "Entrepreneurs dream but successful entrepreneurs dream and make it a reality by focusing on nuts and bolts of the business. It also requires knowledge of the domain area. So as long as the reason is strong and sustainable it’s great", says Ziya. A sailing enthusiast, Zia, with her focus, commitment and passion, has created sailing as a tourism product in India. She has been pioneering the leisure sailing industry in India. With a very successful corporate experience of more than 20 years, she has used her skills to successfully take off her dream of venturing into something as unconventional and testing as sailing.
