A person was shot in the torso with a gun Monday morning in Rio Linda, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said. The general manager of the Rio Linda Elverta Community Water District confirmed to KCRA 3 that it was one of his employees who was shot. KCRA 3's Michelle Bandur reports.
