Muay Thai Shin conditioning

Back when I was young, naive and thought I was tough. No lasting damage and the pain was gone the next day. 0/10 would recommend. The right way to do shin conditioning is to kick a heavy bag over and over and over .... And over. Had to post the video though. THE SOUND!!! Again, this is not the proper way to condition your shins but enjoy watching my pain. Comment away keyboard warriors.
