Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! I hope you like this Christmas abs workout. Perfect for a day you want to take it easy or start your abs workout as a beginner. It takes only 15 minutes to finish. Personally, I start my abs workout with this program for the first set and then move to the abs workout with a weight (my previous video) for 2 more sets. The video is a follow along workout meaning you can just follow whatever I’m doing 45 seconds for each exercise and take 20 seconds - 2 minutes rest between.
