James Webb Telescope Terrifying Discovery On Proxima B SHOCKED Scientists |
|
Proxima b, the nearest known alien planet, maybe even more Earth-like than previously thought. New observations suggest that the closest alien planet to our solar system is even more Earth-like than scientists previously thought. An international team of researchers discovered in a new study that the minimum possible mass for Proxima b, which is only 4.2 light-years from Earth, is only 17% more massive than our planet.
Previously, scientists believed that this exoplanet, which is in its star's habitable zone, had a minimum mass of about 1.3 Earth masses. The new measurement suggests that Proxima b may be even more similar to Earth, at least in size, than previous observations suggested. james webb telescope news, james webb telescope update, james webb, proxima b, james webb space telescope, james webb telescope, nasa, aliens, alien life, spacex, elon musk, stephen hawking, jwst, alien planet, space, universe, voyager, hubble, galaxy, super heavy, starship, sn20, alien life james webb, huble aliens, jwst update, jwst news, james webb image, james webb discovery, techspace, ridddle, destiny, black hole, dwarf star, star, betelgeuese, spacex news, tesla, space news, webb Copyright Disclaimers • We use images and content in accordance with the YouTube Fair Use copyright guidelines • Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states: “Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” • This video could contain certain copyrighted video clips, pictures, or photographs that were not specifically authorized to be used by the copyright holder(s), but which we believe in good faith are protected by federal law and the fair use doctrine for one or more of the reasons noted above. |
