I've really fallen in love with recording rain sounds and video at night. Something about watching the hard rain and those big drops lit up at night against a dark sky just puts me right to sleep. I hope this video helps you whether it's getting past your insomnia and falling asleep fast, helping you steady your mind as you do your homework, or focus your thoughts as you sit down to meditate. This heavy rain video was recorded on a night with no thunder so hopefully it will make for a relaxing sleep.
