Starting Day 190 showing off my carnivore diet what I ate in a day and I'm up slightly 0.4lbs day to day. I started at 212.4lbs and have now lost 55.0lbs total just by eating an animal based diet. I'm a Dad of 2 boys, husband to 1 awesome woman :), entrepreneur that started carnivore diet to perform better in my life, lose weight, and to be a better Dad. I always thought that people who did carnivore were fitness influencers doing it purely to spite vegans and get attention on YouTube which is hilarious, but I guess not entirely true because it's been a blessing for me :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where @joerogan interviewed with @JordanBPeterson about Jordan's carnivore diet experience and losing 60lbs in 7 months. Jordan also shared some of his daughter @mikhaila story overcoming crazy health issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. Next I ordered the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd on audible so I could learn more. During my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by @KenDBerryMD and @LauraSpath to learn more about how to do this correctly and here I am, down 56+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet life transformation.
