Thadam (lit. 'Path') is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film[2] written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Produced by Inder Kumar, the film stars Arun Vijay in a double role along with Tanya Hope and Vidya Pradeep. The music was composed by Arun Raj, with cinematography by Gopinath and editing by N. B. Srikanth. It marks the Tamil debut of Tanya and the film debut of Smruthi.[3] In the film, police officers try to solve a murder case involving lookalike suspects arrested on the basis of a pictorial evidence.

Arun Vijay, formerly known as Arun Kumar, is an Indian film actor who works primarily in Tamil cinema. He also starred in a few films in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. He has been in the film industry since 1995, but got only his deserved recognition after almost 20 years. 

Tanya Hope is an Indian film actress from Bangalore, who appears in South Indian films. Hope started modeling and became Miss India Kolkata 2015. She was a finalist of Femina Miss India 2015. In the year of 2016, she debuted as Nithya in the Telugu film Appatlo Okadundevadu.
