Growing up, Andy Albright was always told to be satisfied, be content, and be normal. Inside, however, he wanted to be free.

Andy was told he didn't get the right degree. He was told he would never get to that big position.

He realized his success depended on what he could do and how fast he could do it. Once he figured out how it worked, he learned what worked and focused intensely on that. He knew he wanted to be successful as fast as possible.

Andy wanted to do it for his wife and with his children. He wanted to do it with his friends. It became a now or a right-now thing. There was a burn. He started intently trying to maximize his time. No wasted time. No delays!

Andy wanted it to be first class. He wanted it to be based on work and what you got done. What excited him was seeing other people get the same look in their eyes. He saw others get results too. That's what The Alliance has allowed Andy to do. He thinks you can do it too!
