Bodycam video released in Northern California rail yard shooting

Sheriffs in Northern California have released body cam video as officers arrived at the scene of last week's rail yard shooting in San Jose, as shots were still being fired. They found the shooter dead from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Jamie Yuccas reports.
