Competition Prep: Week 14 - The Answer to Fat Loss

Man, what a difference some sodium makes! Having had over 7,000mg of sodium on Tuesday, my energy levels have stabilized, and I am back. Not to mention, last week saw my body weight numbers drop all the way down 170.6, which brings my total loss over 18 lbs down, so that was super motivating. For this upcoming week, the final week before the "final week", I'm looking to add a little more cardio and pay close attention to how my body handles the carb deplete/carb load cycles, in preparation for the final days before the shows.

And, lastly...I give you guys my tip of the week, which happens to be the most important thing you need to focus on if fat loss is your goal.
